i have two students in my second class who are magically able to find the two or three computers in my school's computer lab that simply will not work. they waste huge amounts of time walking into the media center at slow paces and then look at me with total surprise when the one computer they choose just won't let them log in.

it's amazing. if they would exert as much energy actually doing some work as they do walking slowly and finding these computers, imagine...
